01 Account Registration & Management

02 Age & Eligibility Requirements

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on bit999 are simple via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown on the payment page. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.

KYC verification may be required before processing a withdrawal. Large withdrawal requests may be held temporarily until verification is complete. The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.

06 Prohibited Activities

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Bit999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without reason, particularly in cases of rule violations. Users may also close their own account at any time.

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure — unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to rule violations. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee.

08 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Bit999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party software errors. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

For any dispute, please contact our support team first. If the issue cannot be resolved through support, bit999's dispute resolution process will apply. On all matters relating to these terms, bit999's decision is final.
